1+ years of relevant Experience in direct sales.
12+ pass or Any degree. Full time 
Salary based on interview performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, online research, and referrals.

  • Pitch products or services effectively to customers based on their needs.

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets as set by management.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.

  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term business relationships.

3. Product Knowledge and Demonstration:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products or services.

  • Conduct product demonstrations or presentations for clients.

  • Stay updated on product features, benefits, and market trends.

4. Sales Planning and Reporting:

  • Create daily/weekly sales plans and follow up on leads systematically.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer details, and follow-ups using CRM tools or spreadsheets.

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.

5. Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

  • Keep track of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

  • Share market feedback with the marketing and product development teams.

  • Identify opportunities for new business or market expansion.

6. Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to align sales strategies.

  • Participate in regular team meetings, training programs, and promotional events.
