Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement and Sales:

Greet customers as they enter the showroom and create a welcoming environment.

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate handbag products based on style, occasion, budget, and brand preferences.

Explain features, quality, craftsmanship, materials, and care instructions for each handbag.

Upsell or cross-sell accessories or related products to increase transaction value.

Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly or quarterly basis.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain in-depth knowledge of all handbags and accessories available in the showroom.

Stay updated on new arrivals, ongoing promotions, and special collections.

Educate customers about the latest trends, designers, and functional aspects of the products.

Showroom Maintenance and Merchandising:
-
Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.

Arrange handbags and accessories in an attractive, accessible, and fashion-forward manner.

Regularly check inventory to ensure stock levels are sufficient and coordinate restocking as needed.

Customer Service and Relationship Building:

Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.

Offer personalized service to returning customers and maintain a client database for follow-ups.

Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

Sales Reporting and Inventory:

Keep accurate records of daily sales, customer interactions, and inventory levels.

Assist with stock counts, tagging, labeling, and organizing inventory in the back room.

Report low-stock items or fast-moving products to the store manager for replenishment.

Promotions and Events:

Assist in executing in-store promotions, sales events, or product launches.

Help with visual displays, social media content (if applicable), or styling mannequins to attract customers.

Provide input or feedback on customer preferences and trending styles.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other sales associates and showroom staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Attend staff meetings, product training sessions, and workshops to stay updated and aligned with showroom goals.
