Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive B2B sales of Simbott’s AR/VR/MR simulators to industries including manufacturing, defense, aviation, safety training, and vocational education. 
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations at client sites (travel required). 
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers, training managers, and procurement teams. 
  • Collaborate with technical teams to customize solutions based on client needs. 
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. 
  • Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams to refine offerings. 
Required Skills & Competencies 
  • Strong understanding of AR/VR/MR technologies and their applications in training and simulation. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex B2B deals. 
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to dynamic environments. 
  • Willingness to travel (PAN INDIA) extensively for client meetings and demos.
Experience Required 
  • 2–4 years of proven sales experience 
  • Prior exposure to private sector and international B2B sales 
  • Experience in software or hardware product sales Preferred Background 
  • Sales experience in industrial training solutions, edtech, defense technology, or simulation hardware/software. 
  • Exposure to international markets and ability to handle cross-cultural business interactions. 
  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0, skill development initiatives, and vocational training ecosystems.
