Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate Leads: Engage with potential customers through door-to-door visits, introducing the benefits of solar energy.
2. Convert Leads to Sales: Build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and offer tailored solar solutions.
3. Meet Sales Targets: Achieve monthly sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Appointing Delaers & Distributor in their area and managing their sales cycle.
- Responsible for secondary sales target in his territory.
- Sourcing the customer leads from the direct market & through channel network.
- Preparing daily report and working on followup until closed.

1. Proven Sales Experience: Door-to-door or direct sales experience, with a track record of meeting sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month (+incentives and bonus as per work)
