We are seeking Sales Executive

Eligiblity: 
  • Call to arrange meetings with potential customers to generate new business
  • Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships. 
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals.
  • Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy Business/Revenue generation
  • Meet personal and team sales targets.
  • Generate or follow through sales leads

Job Responsibilities
  • Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Identifies Real estate Sales opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing Real estate sales options.
  • Real estate Sells by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies the Sales improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements and skills
  • Good Interpersonal Communication Skills 
  • Sales Drive and resilience, Experience in Consultative Selling.
  • should be target Driven and Achievement oriented.
  • Proven working experience as with B2B, Real estate Portal
  • Good Personality & Representable, People oriented and results driven
  • Knowledge of Real estate Sales, Good active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
