Job Description
JOB Objective
1. To achieve business goals on a monthly / quarterly / yearly basis. Targets include financial parameters and strategic growth objectives for PRO division. 2. To successfully execute Bioburden stretegy for MTIN PRO.
DO—Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Responsibilities:
To develop and execute yearly budget plan to achieve financial targets at country level.
Develop sound strategies to achieve profitable growth, gain market share and develop business in Bioburden segment
To explore new opportunities and business potential in terms of markets, customers and products. To expand market penetration of Bioburden in potential segments.
Represent India for PRO Division, work closely with the SBU teams and leverage resources
Develop, train and Build team capability and capacity for consistent and aggressive growth
Increase lead generation by training sales for Bioburden and maximize conversion rate by targeting the right applications/segments/regions.
To enhance customer satisfaction and monitor it regularly.
Extend expert advice and support the front line sales and service team Develop service activities for installation and commissioning as well as service contracts.
To maintain AR's, inventory, outstanding within the target specified in the annual budgets
To keep himself abreast with the concurrent issues in Sales, Service and Marketing, the Process Industry, technology and competitors.
To ensure all business deals are performed within the stipulated MT Guidelines
Work closely with IMSG resource and establish strong brand in this product category.
Experience of Handling Product with distruptive technology and educating market as well as potential customer
Experience with Sales and Marketing of technology product of value > USD 50000
Expected Key Deliverables :
Assigned Territory- Pune
Products Handling - Various High Technology Instrumentation products especially in Pharma, Cosmetics and Personal Care Segments.
Allocated Target
Industrial Segment Cater to
Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Life Science .
Qualifications and Technical Skills:
BSc MSC B pharma or Higher qualification for exceptional candidates with product sales experience can also be considered. MBA marketing (would be prefered)
Key Competency and Specific Experience:
A professional with minimum 1-10 years of sales management experience belonging to Process Industry (prefered) or from any instrumentation industry exclusively working with High Technology Products for Pharmaceutical Segement. Candidate working with Biotech Industry, Instrumentation Product industry
Proven track record of handling High technology products related to Process applications in diversified markets and various segments.
Should have complete understanding of B2B marketing In life science Industries and Segements.
Should have experience of handling end to end sales process i.e Lead Generation, Application discussion, Product Demonstration, Product Trials, Techno commercial discussion, & closing sales.
Key Behavioral Attributes:
Strategist, appetite for big aggressive goals, resourceful, proactive, excellent planner, people manager, innovator, ethical, collaborator, apt in managing conflicts
Should have experience of working with various stake holders including people form differnent countries.
Sould have the exposure of selling and marketing of High Technology products. Should have exposure of implementation of marketing initiatives
Should have good network and contacts with key personnel in allied industries
