Job Description
As a Sales Executive at Evernest Fortune Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth through effective client engagement and relationship building. You will be responsible for promoting our portfolio of properties, including residential, commercial, and industrial real estate offerings, to prospective buyers and investors.
Responsibilities:
ü Identify and cultivate relationships with potential buyers, investors, and property developers.
ü Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the real estate sector.
ü Showcase properties to clients through virtual tours, open houses, and private viewings.
ü Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales materials and promotional campaigns.
ü Negotiate sales contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
ü Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to closing.
ü Stay informed about market conditions, competitive offerings, and industry regulations.
ü Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
ü Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse client.
ü Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
ü Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales goals.
ü Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
ü Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
ü Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
ü Valid Driving license and vehicle (required).
