JobTitle: Sales Executive - Telesales
Location: Kapil Towers, Nanakramguda 
Salary: ₹15,000 per month + Attractive Commissions
Timings: 10am-6pm 

 *Job Summary* :Kapil Properties is looking for a dynamic and persuasive Sales Executive - Telesales to join our team. The role involves calling potential clients to promote and sell commercial office spaces while highlighting the investment benefits. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
 
*Key Responsibilities:* 
Make outbound calls to potential investors and clients.
Explain the benefits of investing in commercial office spaces at Kapil Properties.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Follow up with leads and schedule meetings for property visits.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.
Stay updated on real estate market trends and investment opportunities. 

*Requirements* :
Experience in sales/telesales (Real estate sales preferred but not mandatory).Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to explain investment benefits clearly.
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude towards sales targets.
Basic computer skills for maintaining records.
