Job Description
Eligibility:
- MBA - Marketing and Sales Specialization (2024 Batch)
- Minimum 55% throughout academics(Only MALE Candidates)
Stipend: Unpaid
Candidates who will outperform during their Internship tenure will be getting a Pre Placement Offer from Berger Paints.
Key accountabilities:
Drives volume and value targets in the Area/Geography
- Achieving volume and value sales target for Area/Geography
- Operation of trade schemes in retail as per approval
- Identify and target new dealers(dealer Communication based on new and existing dealer)
- Executing Marketing and Growth initiatives among good, average, and poor dealers based on stock, resources and customer footfall
- Market place execution
- Ensure color bank availability and functioning across retail market
- Successful Placement of New Product at all Dealer points and new product detailing and demo
- Merchandising activity ( poster/in-shop branding/product visibility , display boards placed) for desired products
Painter Management
- Painter engagement
Dealer Management
- Awareness of upcoming opportunities for dealers and how to tap them effectively
- Channel market intelligence and competition info from the market.
- Effective complaint handling
- Planning of monthly targets for the dealers and painters, competition painter mapping
- Controlling ODOS
