Sales Intern Jobs Opening in Kalakar at Bangalore
Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Brand Understanding: Gain in-depth knowledge of Kalakar's brand, including its unique positioning, selling points, differentiators, and target audience
2. Product Knowledge: To effectively communicate with customers, develop an in-depth understanding of the entire collection, including materials, artisan techniques, and the stories behind each piece
3. Market Analysis: Identify potential residential areas for product traction using data-driven insights. Focus on locations where Kalakar's offerings will have maximum impact and visibility
4. Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with community managers in targeted societies. Represent Kalakar to foster a supportive network that aligns with its mission
5. Pop-up Exhibitions: Lead the end-to-end organization and execution of exhibitions that showcase Indian heritage and craftsmanship. Responsibilities encompass logistical planning and creating immersive experiences for attendees.
6. Digital Marketing: Drive pre-exhibition buzz through platforms like WhatsApp and Telegram. Use creativity and strategic thinking to generate anticipation and engagement for each event
7. Customer Building: Collect customer data at exhibitions to better understand the audience and tailor offerings. Focus on integrating customers into the Kalakar community to encourage repeat purchases and foster brand loyalty
