Roles & Responsibilities
• Responsible for making outbound calls
• Maintain, build and update calling/mailing databases with relevant information
• Identify, analyze, pursue and report on business opportunities with existing and prospective clients
• Obtaining database from various sources, Lead generation, Prospecting.
• Accurately record/track details of customer conversations
Skills & Requirements:
• Demonstrate a passion to win and drive for results
• Prospecting, Persuading and Negotiating skills
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to adapt to changing work & business priorities
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English/Hindi
