Responsibilities

Manage multiple Sales and cross-departmental projects, own timelines, outline key milestones, and coordinate all activities within competing initiatives
Consult and connect with various resources to collect all source content required to create complete, effective course, and sales messaging that meets the framework guidelines
Collaborate with subject matter experts and Product Marketing to design and deliver competency development programs that support ongoing skill and knowledge progression within the sales organization
Use instructional design and learning concepts to create, revise, and develop eLearning, live and virtual training
Create sales content, including cheat sheets, battle cards, reference guides for the sales team’s unique uses and application
Truly own the success of the projects, by enabling others to do their best work

Preferred Qualifications

Over 4 years of experience in an evolving role using your creativity and attention to detail to help get the job done
Ability to write copy, content and technical material in an engaging manner
Able to manage up and without authority
SEO & Blog samples of your past work are a must
Ability to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
