Job Description
Building Referral Network: Develop and nurture relationships with doctors, pharmacies, and other relevant businesses to increase referrals to the assigned clinic.
Executing Offline Marketing Activities: Plan and implement offline marketing strategies to promote the clinic, including but not limited to events, seminars, and outreach programs as and when required.
Field Visits: Conduct field visits to promote the clinic and build partnerships.
Patient Care : Liaise with patients and healthcare providers to schedule consultations, counselling sessions, and tests. Ensure timely communication of next steps in patient care using various Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
Patient Communication: Respond to patient queries promptly and courteously, ensuring the best possible experience for our patients throughout their healthcare journey.
Task Prioritization: Effectively prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services.
