- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
- Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers' requirements.
- Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
- To provide advisory services to various instruments like General Insurance, Mutual Funds, Life Insurance, Health Insurance ,Equities, Fixed Deposits & Secondary Debt products
- To meet product wise volume target.
Desired Profile
- Should have good communication skills; clearly, communicate the solutions with facts and figures offered by him/her.
- Basic knowledge of the finance industry, insurance, equity, bonds, Loans, mutual funds etc.
- Selling skills are also important to convince the clients if the candidate applying for this job has got prior sales experience that is definitely an advantage.
- Ability to guide the investors to make correct long term and short term investment strategies for the client.
- Constantly contact the clients and inform them about the updates of their investment
