Job Description
- Prepare Sales plan for the region and facilitate it's execution.
- Develop business with new customers and develop the market for new products.
- Coordinate with Sales operations for timely execution of all orders.
- Ensure regular availability of material through accurate forecasts.
- Manage, train and motivate agents/ distributors.
- Propose distribution strategy for the region to improve market share and service levels.
- Responsible for forecasting, budgeting for the region as well as individual accounts.
- Responsible for marketing activities to enhance brand visibility by conducting Product innovation conferences and exhibition.
- Demand planning and coordinating dispatch of orders along with all documentation.
- Responsible for analyzing the contracts of Key Customers, tracking and ensuring timely supplies to their various locations globally.
- To do a follow-up for the payment of supplied material & get payment on time.
- Responsible for bringing in new and sustainable business as well as retaining the existing accounts.
- Handling and expanding the distribution network by nurturing the current sales channel and also appointing new distributors/dealers.
- Preferably Fragrance Industry.
