Job Description
- The Senior IT Services Sales Manager is a motivated, result driven individual who works with territory Sales team to identify, develop, and close new and renewal services business of key customers.
- Accelerates and maximizes their investment in technology to achieve business outcomes. Strong Sales & Business Development Skills, Hunter profile with a proven track record of success in selling IT outsourcing services.
- A profile with at least 8 years of relevant and proven experience is preferred. Salary would be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Interested candidates should

- Ability to manage team of at least 5 people.
- Demonstration of a consistent
over-achievement of client acquisition and sales revenue targets by up selling
with the client.
- Should have Experience in selling
any vertical within the region, preferably working in a leading IT services,
products firm, consulting firm with prior experience of working with offshore
teams.
- Experience with vendor selection
processes including RFI and RFP issuance.
- Understanding of customer
decision making criteria as it pertains to offshore services, consulting, and
enterprise solutions
- Ability to maintain strong sales
management focus during sales cycles that are typically six months to one year
in duration
- Demonstrated ability to manage
often complex negotiations with senior-level business and technology executives
- Demonstrable track record of
originating and closing offshore/nearshore IT Services deals
- Must understand the concepts and
key messages behind Agile and Digital Services and have sold full life cycle of
software development (Consulting, Development, Testing, and Support)
- Enthusiasm and conviction in
customer presentations
- Strong communication power
- Effort to achieve and even exceed

- Candidates with product sales
experience only will not be considered. IT services sales experience is a MUST
- Plans, facilitates and conducts multifaceted, extended
negotiations for sale from simple to complex, high-value contracts for IT/
Software solutions and/or services.
- Applies consultative services selling skills to develop
attractive value propositions for strategic customers.
- Maintains effective customer relationships with key
senior-level decision makers/ influencers.
- Established deep understandings of customers business IT
requirements, matches them with Company’s solutions, and close the deal.
- Understanding of customer’s decision making process, goals,
objectives and strategies.
- Utilize advanced technology knowledge of IT service
offerings in line with clients business, develop customized value driven
proposals to present Company’s solutions that successfully sell Company’s
capabilities to customers technology or business outcomes.
- Develops new accounts and/or expands existing accounts
within an established geographic territory, industry and/ or product segment.
- Collaborates with IT delivery teams to ensure delivery
capability matches proposed solution.
- Maintains high level of industry, organization, product and
service knowledge to transfer knowledge to customers and prospects.
- Build confidence with clients by attending negotiations,
follow-up for approval, after sales support discussions and sharing analysis of
your assessment of client's business requirement.
