JOB PROFILE:

• Meeting the Sales Target of the organization through effective planning and budgeting by devicing strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets. 
  
• To map potential customers and generate leads for the organization.
  
• Conducting Brand Promotion activities through proper segmentation strategies.
  
• Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skill development & product knowledge development.
  
• Manage sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining process and systems wherever possible.
