Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Approach architects, interior designers and furnishing showrooms to sell our product.
- Find prospective clients and new target segments.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations to clients.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by co-ordinating with your sales team
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales services.
- Monitor competition and follow current developments.
- Help organizing marketing events, such as participating in Exhibitions that deal with interior decorative products and organize the same with the marketing team.
Requisites :
- Minimum 3 years experience in selling interior decorative products to dealers and distributors and furnishing showrooms
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Graduate Degree.
- Proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in Hindi.
- Computer skills – PowerPoint

About Company
We are leading manufacturers of Faux Leather, and sell headboards (back rests) made of the same. We are looking for a sales executive having experience in selling interior products to dealers and distributors and furnishing showrooms that deal with such interior products so that we can sell our headboards to them. The sales personnel would need to travel within Maharashtra and also out of Maharashtra state for setting up a dealer / distributor network. Your job portfolio will include visiting architects, interior designers and showrooms to market our product (lheadboards/backrests). Showcasing our samples, catalogues and power point presentations will be a part of their your routine. Further you will be expected to follow up with the clients and co-ordinate with our production team. You will be responsible to maximize our sales team potential, formulate sales plans and justify the plans to the upper management.
