Job Description
- Demonstrate high performance to achieve company goal.
- Create and enhance brand image.
- Achieve territory business objective through planning of dentist visit and product demand creation.
- Implementation of company strategies.
- Meet Day to day sales target.
- Dentist visit to generate sales & achieve budgeted sales.
- Business Development through meeting with the dentist and making good relations with them.
- Meeting Dentist as per schedule to promote the products to generate the business.
- Customer Relationship Management.
- To represent company's product to dentist and to convince that how our product is better than other and to create maximum business and to achieve 100% target.
- Experience of handling team at least of 20-40 Reps.(PAN India)
- Maintain MIS for Management.
