Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities:
- To provide right sports advice to customers by listening to their need.
- To be responsible for the economic, strategic and human contribution for department/ Sports.
- To manage my stock & business and worked on profitability of the department.
- To identify young talents & developed them as potential leaders.
- To develop commercial policy (local sports project) for the sport considering the local market and what we offer.
- Reduced stock life time for the department by managing the stock efficiently & at same ensuring that customer gets his stock on time.
- To conduct events/ user engagement activities at store to pull more crowd & push the economics.
- To manage sports PNL & to take right decision on same basis.
- To ensure merchandising of retail layout is proper & as per company guidelines.
