1) Sourcing Home loan, LAP, BL Lead
2) Achieving the Monthly target of Disbursement
3) Visiting Market sites on a regular basis
4) Relationship development with clients
5) Coordinating with clients till the time of disbursement
6) Reporting to team leader on a daily basis
7) Daily 4 visit mandatory

2. Should have knowledge of Channel Management
