Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

Forecast sales performance, set targets, and ensure consistent business growth.

Collaborate with senior management to align sales plans with overall business goals.
2. Team Leadership & Performance Management

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives / Representatives to achieve individual and team targets.

Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and negotiation skills.

Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching when required.

Foster a positive and results-driven sales culture within the organization.
3. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic business partners.

Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions and exceptional service.

Manage key accounts and resolve escalated client issues promptly and effectively.
4. Reporting & Coordination

Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports to senior management.

Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to execute business strategies seamlessly.

Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and optimize sales processes for better results.

Ensure proper use of CRM tools for lead management, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking.
