Job Description
In this leadership role, you'll be responsible for motivating and developing a Sales Team representatives dedicated to generating qualified leads and nurturing potential customers. You'll play a key role in driving sales success through effective coaching, strategic planning, and process improvement.
Responsibilities :
• Lead and empower a team of Property Sales/ Team Leaders to achieve and exceed lead generation and qualification goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to identify and target high-value prospects.
• Coach and mentor team members through individual training sessions, performance feedback, and ongoing guidance.
• Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, and lead quality.
• Identify areas for improvement in Sales Team processes and implement changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide support to Sales Team/ representatives by handling complex inquiries and qualifying leads.
• Manage team schedules, leaves of absence, and performance reviews.
• Foster a positive and results-oriented work environment for the team.
• Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and competitor offerings to effectively train and guide the team.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Generate reports on team performance and lead generation activities.
- Follow up on the leads and ensure complete sales & closure of the said property.

- Good Problem-solving skills over the call
