Job Description

Job Title: Sales & Business Development Executive Location: PUNE Work Days: Wednesday to Monday (Tuesday Week-Off) Salary: Competitive + High Incentives Industry: Casting, Modelling & Production (or update as needed) About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive who can drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and help expand the brand. If you are confident, persuasive, and passionate about sales, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
  • Identify and approach potential clients through calls, social media, and field visits.

  • Pitch company services confidently and convert leads into paying clients.

2. Relationship Management
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.

  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Revenue Growth
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

  • Upsell and cross-sell services wherever possible.

4. Market Expansion
  • Explore new business opportunities and partnerships.

  • Understand market trends and competitors to contribute strategic ideas.

5. Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups.

  • Submit daily and weekly reports to management.

Required Skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Confident and persuasive personality

  • Target-driven mindset

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools (optional but preferred)

Qualifications
  • 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream)

  • Prior experience in Sales/BD is preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
