Job Description

Lead generation
Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organisation.
Research and build relationships with new clients.
Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders.
Plan approaches and pitches. (Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives).
Present an image that mirrors that of the client.

Client Retention :

Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.

Education and / or Work Experience Requirements :

Preferably graduates ;
0-2 years of work experience ;
Knowledge of how to operate a laptop / PC ;
Good oral and written communication skills in English (Hindi and local language is a bonus) ;
Familiarity with the geography of the location ;
Prior leadership experience is a bonus ;

Other Requirements :

Should; have his / her own laptop;
Should have his / her own smart phone;
Need to be committed and we are looking for long term association
