Sales is the interface between the organization and the clients. They service prospective and existing accounts by assessing their needs and use the knowledge of products and services to increase sales and meet sales targets through personalized service. They provide guidance and support on a range of company products and services to ensure customers receive a professional, positive, customer-centric experience.

  • Understanding customer profiles and requirement in depth. Develop insights about customer and his requirement
  • Creating detailed recommendation presentation for customers
  • Identifying need for personalized analytics for the customer to enable the client to make an informed decision
  • Coordinating with analytical team to get high level analytics for potential clients
  • Meet the prospects and present the recommendations and help the prospect choose one among the recommendations
  • Responsible for handling customer queries/issues by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations within assigned TAT
  • Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Following the guidelines required for delivering each campaign
  • Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions/events etc.
  • Focusing sales efforts by gathering current market trends on pricing, products, new products, payment schedules etc.
  • Creating and retaining customer loyalty and preference by establishing rapport with the customer, resolution of customer concerns and facilitating the delivery of services to the customer
  • Suggesting additional products and services available to customer
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
  • Representing the company at various events
