Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensure attainment of company revenue goals and profitability.
- Draft Proposals & Agreements by analyzing client’s business/functional requirements & presenting business proposals to them.
- Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of business development leads and prospects.
- Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Continually refine the sales process and ensure that the Sales Team work effectively and prioritise workloads.
- Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities
- Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Will be expected to lead enterprise-level sales opportunities and coordinate project teams.
- Provide Input to the Department Head on effectiveness of various advertising strategies, promotions etc.
- Participate in marketing meetings regarding changing attitudes of prospects and how to best reach them and doing joint client meeting along with team members for deal closures.
