Business Development Representative

Reporting to Business Development Manager

Job Description

  • Understanding Customer Perspective 
  • Responsible for promoting positive relationships with the clients.
  • Handling client queries either on phone or by visiting them personally.
  • Ability to handle all kinds of clients as customer reactions varies from person to person.
  • Innovation & Learning Perspective 
  • Keeping abreast with the current market trends along with the customer behavior and competitor analysis. 
  • Enhancing interpersonal, selling Skills, presentation skills, and personal ongoing development. 
  • Should undergo departmental induction training.
  • Ensures to attend the training sessions organized by Learning & Development division (HR) as per company’s Learning & Development policy and should also undergo for various skills enhancement training.


Graduate/PG with 2 years of relevant work experience in any industry.

Salary:  INR 98,000-  1,80,000 p.a

Location : Darbanga

3. Identifying potential Clients for cracking deals.

5. Lead generation by cold calling 
6. Effectively mapping client’s requirements and providing them requisite services.
