· Keeping team updated with upcoming projects and ongoing projects in Market.
· Maintaining excellent relationships with clients.
· Pitch projects according to their specifications.
· Should be updated with Marketing Strategies to sell Residential and Commercial Properties.
· Responsible for sales of the Company's Underwritten Projects across Delhi NCR.
· Supporting Team for Revenue Generation.
· Should be Target Driven and self motivated
· Follow-up collections.
· To drive sales in the assigned territory and achieve revenue targets.
· Maintain a database of target customers / territories suspects, prospects & existing customer
· Develop in-depth knowledge of all properties being sold by Neobrix; inform and educate potential customers about those properties
· Do regular and persistent follow up with potential buyers to ensure close of sale
· Handle customer issues (servicing customer complaints, queries and problems)
· Map competition activity in assigned territories and develop counter strategies
· Adhere to organizational processes and ensure uniform compliance
Desired Candidates Profile:
1. 0 to 10 years of experience can apply.
2. Communication skills - verbal and written.
3. Good Negotiation skills & Soft skills to handle all types of clients over phone.
4. Sales oriented, Aggression to achieve, Confidence, Persuasiveness are few qualities looked for.
