Job Description
associate/ Senior Associate –Technical Sales Salary + Huge Incentives
Location –Gurgaon (Near Hero Honda Chowk)
Salary Up to 36k + Huge Incentives
Required Experience- 6 Months in Tech Sales Process (International BPO)
- Experience in taking inbound calls of US Customers Maintaining record of the customer with proper resolutions on their queries.
- Troubleshooting based on windows operating systems (Windows & Mac) Troubleshooting Pop-up Issues, OEM calls, Email Issues, Printer calls etc...
- Troubleshooting Peripheral devices and ISP related issues.
- Must be technically sound
Type of Incentives:
- Power Hours
- Cash Incentives
- Daily Incentives
- Monthly Incentives (Up to 1, 50,000/- Per month and above)
- Required Experience: 6months to 6 years or above
- Age limit: 18 to 30 years
- Shift timings – 247
- Week off – 2 rotational.
- Facility: Free both ways Cab and Meal facility
