• Demonstrating and presenting products
• Organising sales visits
• Establishing new business
• Maintaining accurate records
• Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
• Reviewing sales performance
• Negotiating contracts and packages
• Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
Responsibilities:
• Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
• Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations.
• Maintaining and updating customer databases;
• Monitoring competitor activity.
• Create product content to articulate the benefits of our products to the Customers.
• Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product.
• Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage.
• Reviewing sales performance
• Negotiating contracts and packages
• Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
Requirements:
• Knowledge of CRM Softwares product marketing in a field facing role.
• Bachelor’s in business or marketing.
• Very strong verbal / written communication skills
• Willing to travel.
• Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross- functional teams, and third parties.
