Job Description
Job Responsibilities and Duties
• Responsible for generating business promoting our company getting with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers
• Research market trends, demographics, pricing strategies, and other relevant information that helps develop marketing /sales plans.
• Schedule and conduct weekly meetings
• Plan and Execute marketing Strategy
• Provides fact-checking, copy-editing, and formatting assistance during the creation of mailers, website content, and other promotional materials.
• Helps maintain excellent client relationships through superior customer service skills
• Places calls to or visits clients as needed to provide marketing materials, deliver sales pitches, or answer client questions
• Keeps client’s information confidential.
• Delivers reports on research findings through written documents and verbal presentations.
• Excellent time management skills
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities
• Ability to spot emerging trends
• Familiarity with social media, social networking, email marketing and search engines
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
• Minimum 2-5 Years of experience in Reputed Real Estate Sales firm
• Good experience in marketing & sales Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Excellence in sales and marketing with positive attitude and team playing ability.
• A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.
• Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self starter.
