Job Description
- Effectively search prospective clients.
- Follow – up with prospects, existing clients & online leads.
- Preparing Daily Sales Report.
- Participating in corporate desk event, Expos and other business related events.
- Conducting Project Surveys and preparing survey Report, SWOT Analysis
- Attending weekly/ Monthly meetings.
- Coordinate with Area Partners (Brokers) to attain new houses from the area designated to them and also follow independent owner leads and close the deal.
- Verification of the location; house before on-boarding the property
- Pitch about the company policies; convincing the owner
- Collection of details for generating the agreement between the company & owner.
- Experience of 2 -5 years
- Minimum educational qualification- Graduation (any specialization)
- Good communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Should be ready to be on the field owing to the nature of the work
- Must have own means of conveyance
- Fluency in: English a must
- Knowledge of MS office is must.
- The local language‐ an added advantage
- You are articulate, organized, detail-oriented, tech savvy and have the ability to multi-task.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours
