The preferred skills are as follows.

• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Good analytical skills to interpret data for making informed decisions for a marketing strategy
• Creative or a strategic thinker - to come up with marketing ideas and evaluate quality of creative work
• In-depth knowledge & understanding of social media platforms like- Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube, Google+ etc. and how each channel can be used from marketing and brand building.
• Execution of Social Media Marketing like, creating and optimizing Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, and Traffic Management
• Planning, Executing and Managing Lead Generation, Creation and execution of SMS and Email based marketing campaigns and cold calls.
• Developing a database of qualified leads through referrals, cold calling.
• Experience in Marketing and SEO will be a great plus.
