Job Description

  • Demonstrates technical selling skills & product knowledge in all products lines assigned to him/her.
  • Develops territory/vertical business plan in conjunction with Branch Head, which details activities to follow during the fiscal years, which will help the Business Executive in meeting or exceeding sales quota.
  • Complete understanding of pricing & proposal models.
  • Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners & decision makers. (CTO/CIO/CFO etc.)
  • Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sales resulting in the taking of market share from other competitors.
  • Sells consultatively and make recommendations to prospects & clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business issues.
  • Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, & networking.
  • Create and conducts effective proposal presentations & RFP responses.
  • Responsible for sourcing & developing client relationships & referrals.
  • Demonstrates the ability to gather, submit detailed business information for under writing, pricing, & presentations of solutions to qualified prospects.
  • Maintains accurate records of all sales & prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, & follow up activities within his/her assigned territory/verticals, including the use of appropriate MS office tools to maintain accurate records to maximize potential.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures & business ethics codes.

  • Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate ability to interact & co-operate with all company employees.
