Job Description
Introduction
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales/Marketing Executive to drive business growth by identifying potential clients, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a strong understanding of marketing strategies to expand our customer base and enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development

Identify, target, and approach new potential clients through various channels.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations to explain offerings.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
2. Marketing & Brand Promotion

Execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to boost brand visibility.

Develop and distribute marketing materials like brochures, social media posts, and digital ads.

Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Collaborate with the marketing team to generate qualified leads and drive conversions.
3. Customer Relationship Management

Provide timely follow-ups on inquiries, leads, and proposals.

Handle customer queries and provide solutions effectively.

Maintain a database of clients, prospects, and marketing activities.
4. Reporting & Coordination

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and marketing reports.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Suggest improvements in products, services, and marketing strategies based on customer feedback.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of CRM tools.

Familiarity with digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and email campaigns, is an advantage.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
