Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and results-driven Sales/Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, promoting the company’s products or services, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
This role requires a good mix of field sales, digital marketing awareness, customer interaction, and basic reporting. Whether you are a fresher looking to start a career in sales/marketing or an experienced professional aiming to grow in a performance-based environment, this role offers the right platform to develop your skills and build your career.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify and develop new customer leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, social media, and online platforms.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends.

Maintain a database of prospective clients and regularly update CRM or internal systems.
2. Sales Activities:

Meet with clients (in-person or virtually) to understand their requirements and present product/service solutions.

Prepare and deliver presentations, product demos, or proposal pitches as needed.

Follow up with clients to convert leads into sales.

Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
3. Marketing Support:

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, both online and offline.

Distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, business cards) during field visits, events, and exhibitions.

Manage or contribute to company’s social media, email marketing, and promotional efforts.
4. Relationship Management:

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication.

Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions or upgrades.

Handle client queries, complaints, and post-sales service in coordination with internal teams.
5. Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and follow-ups.

Submit daily/weekly reports on lead status, meetings, conversions, and targets achieved.

Prepare quotations, invoices, or agreements in coordination with the back-office or accounts team.
6. Cross-Team Coordination:

Coordinate with the product, operations, delivery, or customer service team for timely execution of client orders.

Provide customer feedback to the management and help improve products/services.
Required Skills & Competencies:
1. Communication Skills:
-
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and regional languages (e.g., Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, etc.).

Ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to clients.
2. Sales & Negotiation:
-
Strong persuasion skills with a customer-first attitude.

Capable of handling objections and negotiating effectively to close deals.
3. Marketing Knowledge:

Basic understanding of digital marketing tools such as social media, email marketing, and content promotion is a plus.

Knowledge of branding, promotional campaigns, and event marketing is desirable.
4. Interpersonal Skills:

Friendly and professional behavior with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Willingness to travel locally for meetings, events, or promotional activities.
5. Tech Savvy:

Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with CRM software or data entry tools is a plus.
