Job Description
The Challenge
- Connect with hotels/accommodation providers across India by telephone
- Achieve a monthly target of 250 calls with 10% leads
- Engage with top management of hotel groups or individual owners and secure telephonic appointments for the Sales
- Respond to general enquiries and queries on Cultuzz' product portfolio
- Maintain records of calls in our CRM (Zoho) and conduct follow-up on leads
- Independent research for potentially interested prospects
- Any Graduate with at least 1 to 2 years of phone / inside sales / tele caller setting experience in a B2B environment
- Excellent client service, communication, and telephone skills (English and Hindi)
- Passionate about making calls with convincing skills
- Ability to carry on a conversation not necessarily centered on a script
- Self-motivated and target oriented
- Preferable prerequisite knowledge of the travel and hospitality industry
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data entry
- An excellent work atmosphere with 5 day work week
