iQuanta Hiring for Sales Support Call, Email & Chat etc.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible to provide excellent sales customer service, solving questions and complaints related to iQuanta courses and company.
Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner; attempt to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines
Proven customer service skills
Assist customers via call, email or chat and convert into our customers
Energetic, friendly and approachable individuals who that understand the importance of great customer service
Eligibility Criteria:
Good verbal and written communication skills; proficient in reading & writing skills
Basic knowledge of computer keyboarding skills, basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Minimum qualification: Any
Both freshers and Experienced guys are welcome
Should be willing to work in different shifts.
One-way transport is provided
