- Design and Create Marketing campaigns & Sales strategies
- Ability to handle digital marketing
- Diligently communicating and priming the lead through
- Achieving the weekly targets in a performance-driven environment
- Monitoring self-performance at all times while also contributing to the team performance, keeping track of factors like conversion factor, Average revenue generated per lead, Average revenue etc.
- Build a strong relationship/trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers
- Conduct research to identify markets and customer needs
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
- keeping track of factors like conversion factor, Average revenue generated per lead, Average revenue etc.
- Previous Experience in Sales & Marketing (0-5 yrs)
- Digital Marketing Skills Highly Desirable
- Excellent English & Language skills
- Result-driven with experience of extremely target centric job
- Confident and persevering risk-taker who thrives in a high-performance high-growth environment
