Position for All Loans and Phone Banking officers
JOB DESCRIPTION

New client acquisition and maintain a relationship with clients to develop business.

Target achievement month-on-month for retail loan products. This is a sales target driven role.

Responsible for processing/documentation of loan & other financial services.

Maintain of DSR & timely reporting of business (Leads through CRM)/Attending morning huddles.

Building Relationship with bank branches & and other stakeholders.

Adhering the company norms & policy related compliance.

KEY RESULT AREA

To acquire new to Bank customer and pursue a new business relationship- cross-sell other banking products.

KEY RELATIONSHIP

All New Customers and Branch Staff.

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

Should have a fair knowledge of Retail assets and ability to understand the customer requirement, cross-sell.
Good command over English and local languages
Good interpersonal skill and self-motivated

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION REQUIRED

Graduate and Post Graduate

Fresher/Undergraduate with the right calibre can also apply.

NATURE OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Candidate with a minimum of six months of Retail Assets experiences preferred.
