Job Responsibilities
- Prospecting, including identifying prospective buyers, collecting databases, organising & manning enquiry generation activities etc.
- Giving vehicle demonstration & test drives as per guidelines.
- Attending training programs & meetings as per schedule.
- Closing sales as per prescribed process including delivery of vehicles.
- Documentation for enquiry, test drive, daily reports, order booking, finance, insurance, registration, delivery etc. including explanation of the same to the customers.
- Keeping information about the competitor's activity including product details, customer offers etc.
- Following SOP's as prescribed from time to time.
- To be always dressed neatly as per the protocol of the company.
- Ensuring Customer delight.
- Ensuring compatible behavior with Team members & other colleague.
- Maintaining discipline & decorum as per Company standard & guidelines.
