*Role incumbent responsible for recruiting agents through various sources to ensure achievement of business targets.

*Role incumbent is also accountable for training and development of each agents thus recruited.

*Role incumbent is also responsible for exploration and identification of new business avenues by way of cold calling, generation of referrals or business leads and networking through agents.

*To identify the area of improvement and enhancing business opportunity.

*Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.

*Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.

*Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.

*Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
