Job Description
Postgraduate in any discipline with 2-5 years of experience in academia/ industry.
Excellent communication skills, written as well as spoken. Should be able to draft professional emails/ letters/ documents without assistance.
The role will be a part of sales operation team of Clarity Mentors. Following will be the key responsibilities:
- Follow up with leads and making updates in CRM system
- Explaining products and processes to the leads and helping them take a decision
- Emailing product and process details to leads
- Scheduling of Career Consultation sessions and coordination with the clients and counsellors
- Following with the clients to get feedback on Clarity Mentors services
- Maintaining records of lead coversion, billing, invoicing and other backend tasks
The role is primarily work from home, though it may necessitate attending office once/ twice a week for a few hours for important team meetings.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM. Saturdays - 9AM to 1PM.
