Job Description

Seeking 10 dynamic and results-oriented sales professional to join our growing organization.

As a Hardcore Sales Professional at SSIPM, you will:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or surpass assigned sales targets.

Identify and qualify new leads, building strong relationships with potential clients.

Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting the value proposition of our offerings.

Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for SSIPM and our clients.

Manage existing client relationships, providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Prepare detailed sales reports and analyze data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities, adapting your approach to maintain a competitive edge.

To be successful in this role, you must have:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the FMCG, raw materials, or machinery industries.

A strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques, with a track record of exceeding targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Proven negotiation and closing skills, coupled with the ability to handle objections effectively.

A deep understanding of the FMCG, raw materials, or machinery markets, and the ability to identify potential opportunities.

Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and overcome sales challenges.

A results-oriented and proactive attitude, with a passion for exceeding expectations.
