Job Responsibilities

• Promote and demonstrate products to customers inside the store.

• Explain product features, benefits, offers, and pricing.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain product displays and ensure proper shelf arrangement.

• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with store staff.

• Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent service.

• Follow store policies and promotional guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: 10th / 12th / Any degree.

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Sales-oriented attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a retail environment.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
