Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Promoter to represent our brand in a mall environment. Your main responsibility will be to approach and engage mall visitors, inviting them to explore and experience our gamification zone(Sonar Interactive). You will be the face of our activation, creating excitement, building interest, and ensuring a fun and interactive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively approach mall visitors and introduce them to our gamification activity.
Clearly communicate the concept, benefits, and fun aspects of the game zone.
Encourage participation and guide them through the activity if needed.
Maintain high energy and a positive attitude to attract footfall.
Answer basic questions about the brand/product associated with the gamification.
Gather feedback or insights from participants and share with the team.
Ensure the game area remains clean, organized, and safe for all visitors.
Report daily engagement numbers and any on-ground observations.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, outgoing, and confident in speaking with strangers.
Comfortable standing and engaging with people for extended periods.
Experience in promotional activities, events, or mall activations is a plus.
Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
Work Hours:
Flexible shift timings during mall operating hours (Login 12pm to Logout 8pm). 6 days of working & weekoff on Monday
