Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in domestic sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving results. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and closing sales to contribute to the growth of our business.Key Responsibilities:⁠ ⁠Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products/services.⁠ ⁠Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.⁠ ⁠Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.⁠ ⁠Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.⁠ ⁠Follow up with leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline using our CRM system.⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.⁠ ⁠Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to improve product offerings.⁠ ⁠Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.Qualifications:⁠ ⁠Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in a credit card market.⁠ ⁠Strong English & Hindi and Kannada communication and interpersonal skills.⁠ ⁠Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.⁠ ⁠Results-driven with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales goals.⁠ ⁠Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.⁠ ⁠Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience:⁠ ⁠Fresher are welcome with strong English and Kannada.⁠ ⁠Minimum of 3-6 month experience in outbound sales or a similar role.⁠ ⁠Experience in outbound sales is a plus.⁠ ⁠Shift: - Day Shift (6 days of working rotational Off)⁠ ⁠Process: - Outbound Sales Voice process (KYC and Credit card Process)⁠ ⁠Shift Timing - Day Shift⁠ ⁠Work From Office
