Job Description
Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join , as we expand our team to reach more customers for product lines for IVF Labs, Research Labs, and Molecular Diagnostic Labs.
If you are passionate about science and technology, have a keen understanding of the needs and challenges of IVF, Research, and Molecular Diagnostic Labs, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, we want to hear from you!
Roles and Responsibilities
Making cold calls & reaching out to customers on a daily basis.
Generating Leads.
Meeting existing customers and maintain continuity of existing business.
Generating additional business from existing customers.
Identify and engage with key decision-makers, including lab managers, researchers, and scientists, to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
Meeting new customers and generating additional business.
Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Follow ups on outstanding and ensuring collections as per company norms
Maintaining a database of contact information.
Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
Handling complaints and negotiations.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, and contribute to sales strategies and initiatives.
Reporting as per company norms and role.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree or Masters degree
Sales Experience in the scientific or healthcare industry, with experience in selling to IVF Labs, Research Labs, or Molecular Diagnostic Labs highly preferred.
However Freshers with passion to excel in Sales are welcome to apply.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively present complex technical information to diverse audiences.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel extensively to meet with customers, attend conferences, and participate in trade shows.
