Purpose of Job
Manage and lead a team of employees. Communicate company goals with safety practices, and deadlines to team. Motivate team members and drive performance based on targets. Provide help to management, including hiring and training, and keep management updated on team performances. Communicate concerns and policies among management and team members.
Qualifications & Skills:
Ø Graduate with MBA with excellent English and Native language skill is mandatory. (Training in team leading and additional languages known is a plus)
Ø Product Knowledge with Communication & Presentation Skills
Ø Leadership & Decision-making skills
Ø Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
Ø Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ø In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
Ø Sales / Motivation, Strong Relationship building & Service Skills
Ø Good PC skills, especially MS Excel, Power-point
Ø Organizational and time-management skills.
Roles & Responsibilities

Ø Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
Ø Set clear team goals & delegate tasks and set deadlines
Ø Oversee day-to-day operation & monitor team performance and generate reports on metrics
Ø Motivate team members & encourage creativity and risk taking abilities
Ø Discover training needs and provide coaching
Ø Listen to team member’s feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
Ø Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
Ø Perform management duties when manager’s absence
Ø Assist in new team member training
Ø Adhere to company regulations and performance goals
Ø Conduct team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
Ø Provide quality customer service and effectively handling customer complaints
Ø Coordinate marketing budget and serve as a point of contact for internal finance team.
